Terms of Service

The rules for using Social Rainbow.

Effective July 12, 2026. These terms govern your access to Social Rainbow, including posting, scheduling, and managing social content from compatible AI apps.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Social Rainbow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Social Rainbow for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What Social Rainbow does

Social Rainbow helps you connect social accounts, draft posts, preview content, schedule posts, publish approved posts, and review publishing status from compatible AI clients such as ChatGPT and Claude. Social Rainbow is not a social network and does not control third-party social platforms.

3. Your account and connected platforms

You are responsible for your Social Rainbow account, the AI app accounts you use with it, and the social accounts you connect. You must have the right to connect each profile, Page, organization, or account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, links, media, and other content you submit through Social Rainbow. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, preview, schedule, publish, and troubleshoot that content. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate, and permitted by the platforms where it is posted.

5. Review and publishing

Social Rainbow is designed to show you what will be posted before it goes live, but you remain responsible for reviewing accounts, content, media, dates, and destinations. Once content is published to a social platform, removal, edits, visibility, reach, comments, and enforcement are controlled by that platform.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Social Rainbow to:

  • violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
  • post spam, scams, malware, phishing, deceptive content, or content designed to manipulate platform systems;
  • harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or harm others;
  • publish content you do not have the right to use;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, OAuth permissions, or subscription limits;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with Social Rainbow or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these rules are violated or if continued access creates risk for Social Rainbow, users, platforms, or the public.

7. Third-party services

Social Rainbow depends on third-party services, including social platforms, AI clients, hosting providers, payment processors, and identity/OAuth systems. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, removals, rejections, rate limits, account actions, or API behavior controlled by those third parties.

8. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, trials, checkout, tax calculation, invoices, and payment methods are handled through our payment provider. If you start a trial, your payment method may be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Prices, plan limits, and features may change, but changes will not reduce the current paid period you already purchased unless required by law or platform changes.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refunds may be provided at our discretion or where required by law.

10. Data deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion generally includes disconnecting social accounts, deleting stored social tokens, and removing drafts and scheduled posts where technically possible. Some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Social Rainbow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every post will publish successfully. Social platform APIs, permissions, review processes, and rate limits can change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate the service.

12. Intellectual property

Social Rainbow, including its software, design, brand, logos, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of Social Rainbow. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

13. Disclaimers

Social Rainbow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Rainbow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, platform account actions, or failed posts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Social Rainbow in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Social Rainbow from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your connected accounts, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or third-party platform rules.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
